Use of the site does not grant you a license to any subject matter, features or informational items you may access on the site. Any commercial use of the site is strictly prohibited except as allowed or approved in writing by Manssage.com. Any ideas, impressions, processes, systems, design, plans, procedures or other similar materials that you submit or otherwise communicate to the site may be used by Manssage.com in any manner.

Manssage.com does not represent or warrant the truthfulness, accuracy or reliability of any materials posted by others on or through the site. Manssage.com does not support or sanction any opinions expressed by users or others through the Forum section of the site. Users acknowledge that any reliance on material posted by others will be at their own risk. Any subject matter posted on any discussion areas by the users are the views of the users posting the content, and does not represent the views of Manssage.com.

You acknowledge and agree, however, that we do retain the right to monitor the site and to disclose any information as necessary or suitable to satisfy any law, regulation or other government request to protect ourselves or our users. We reserve the right to refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, that in our sole discretion, are unacceptable, undesirable, inappropriate or in violation of these Terms of Service. We may also suspend or terminate any user's utilization of the site at any time in our sole discretion.

In no event, shall Manssage.com or any of its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates or content or service providers be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from or directly or indirectly related to the use of, or the inability to use the site or the content materials and functions related thereto, including, without limitation, loss of revenue, or anticipated profits or lost business or lost sales, even if Manssage.com or such individual has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event, shall Manssage.com be liable for or in connection with any content posted, transmitted, exchanged or received by or on behalf of any user or other person on or through the site. In no event, shall the total liability of Manssage.com to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract or tort, including, but not limited to, negligence or otherwise) arising from your use of the site exceed, in the aggregate, any fee you may pay to Manssage.com for your access to or use of the site.

We may change information in your profile if we see the need. We may also read the emails sent to your account through manssage.com. We also have the right to edit or change your profile in any way we feel is best for the user.

You agree that you are over the age of 18 years old. You agree that any pictures you upload do not contain pornography or pornographic material. You are liable and responsible for the picture you upload. You agree that you are not offering nor will you perform any illegal sexual activities.

Manssage.com reserves the right to deny membership or end a membership to anyone at their own discretion. We are not liable for any problems or errors with the website as there are glitches and bugs that occur with websites.

Terms of Payment

Manssage.com (the Website) is an online business directory owned and operated by CC Creations (the Company). Upon subscribing to the Website's advertising services, you hereby authorize the Company to charge your Credit Card (or other approved payment facility) for periodic recurring advertising fees according to the billing terms for the plan that you selected. Your Credit Card (or other approved payment facility) will be charged unless you notify the Company that you wish to cancel your subscription no less than four (4) days prior to the end of the preceding billing period. You are liable for any advertising charges incurred by you up to and until termination of the service.

CC Creations does not offer refunds for services.
